International orders are shipped directly from the factory with no shipping charges, there may be iimport fees charged by your country, you will be notified if any import charges might be expected.
There will be no returns or refunds on any kit once it has been shipped to you, I will work with you to make sure any issues are resolved promptly and at no additional cost, up to and including a complete kit replacement or upgrade if necessary. It would be impossible to re-sell a kit because of the risk of damage or loss during shipping, if opened, or from contaminants, odors or other factors. The kits are guaranteed against any defects or flaws in workmanship and materials. Accidental loss of diamond drills are not uncommon and a simple message will have replacements on their way to you the very next day, at no charge.
