Shipping policy
Shipping charges are added to all international small item orders and domestic orders less than $50.00. The domestic charges are $4 or $7, based on the order total and are less than the full cost of shipping at this time. Multiple orders placed within a short period of time that can be shipped together, will be combined. Any shipping charges in excess of the actual charges for multiple orders shipped together will be returned to you in the form of a store credit.
Orders for in-stock items are shipped promptly, with an allowance for holidays, you can always expect your shipping notification within 1-3 days, Special Orders can take 3-5 weeks, depending on the placement date of the order and the special order delivery schedule, you will be notified when your item ships, and will receive a tracking number at that time. You are welcome to check the status at any time by contacting info@diamondartemporium.com.
If your order does not include a special order kit made by our factory, it will ship within a few days, regardless of the estimate at checkout -- shopify's shipping software does not provide accurate delivery information because the system is unable to analyse the in-stock vs. special order delivery times, and give you the faster delivery estimate if there is no special order involved. If your order includes a special order kit and in-stock items, you should get a split shipment option at checkout and have a quick delivery of items while waiting on the factory made items. Order totals over $50 get free shipping, regardless of the number of shipments needed to get your order to you. The actual charges are paid by the store, and if you are able to wait for a single shipment, it is appreciated and keeps the total cost down and those savings are reflected in product pricing.
International shipping is available on small in-stock items and kits 30 cm short side or smaller (total weight under 4 pounds, length under 20 inches) and special order kits 35cm short side, or larger for customers in most countries outside of the US. If your country is not on the list, please let me know and I will verify with the factory that shipping will be available directly to you. Currently configured for International Shipping are

There are no shipping charges for Drop Ship special order kits. they are shipped directly from the factory (drop shipped), however, any import fees, taxes or tariffs will be the responsiblity of the customer, the necessary forms will be completed by the factory at time of shipment and will accompany your order. The shipping times will vary slightly, but from the time you place the order, you can expect delivery in approximately 3 weeks or less. The International Drop ship kits will not be eligible for a tool kit upgrades.
