The kits are guaranteed against any defects or flaws in workmanship and materials. Accidental loss of diamond drills are not uncommon and a simple message will have replacements on their way to you the very next day, at no charge. There are no hoops to jump through, no product registrations or time limits or levels of service or care, just good old fashioned customer centered service that sets a Diamond Art Emporium Diamond Painting kit apart from the rest.
