Franklin, is available in round acrylic or resin square diamonds in sizes 40x40 cm (15.7x15.7 in), 50x50 cm (19.7x19.7 in) or 60x60cm (23.6x23.6"). Specialty diamonds are included in all new special order kits, primary additions are Aurora Borealis and Fairy Dust, they are just as important as the canvas. A premium tool kit is available for those who would like some higher grade tools at the discounted price of $8: Full size acrylic or resin pen with multiple tips, a Trabricks sorting and storage tray with a lid that is secure and makes the tray stackable, specially selected cover minders, a sample size portion of our own uniquely scented Putty Extraordinaire, a storage tin for putty or wax, tweezers with square kits, all in a drawstring velvet storage bag.

Kits are printed on the highest quality canvas with a plush velvet-soft backing, poured glue adhesive, scalloped edges to prevent fraying and will arrive rolled on a foam core to prevent any creases or folds during transit.  This kit has been designed and created for adult diamond painters of all skill levels.  Kits are produced within a few days of ordering and before final shipment to your door, your kit will be meticulously inspected and carefully packaged, there are no additional shipping costs to domestic customers. Weekly or bi-weekly production schedules are used, depending on the event calendar at the time.

International orders are shipped directly from the factory with no shipping charges, there may be iimport fees charged by your country, you will be notified if any import charges might be expected.

Your new diamond painting kit will be delivered to your doorstep, approximately 3 weels from the forwarding of the order for prodiction. Every effort is made to keep that schedule and you will be informed immediately if any delays arise. You can check the status of your order at any time with a simple message request for an update. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking when it is on its way to you.

There will be no returns or refunds on any special order kit once it has been shipped to you, I will work with you to make sure any issues are resolved promptly and at no additional cost, up to and including a complete kit replacement or upgrade if necessary. It would be impossible to re-sell a kit because of the risk of damage or loss during shipping, if opened, or from contaminants, odors or other factors. The kits are guaranteed against any defects or flaws in workmanship and materials. Accidental loss of diamond drills are not uncommon and a simple message will have replacements on their way to you the very next day, at no charge.
