YouTube Subscribers, Anniversary Sale, Officially Open, New Features

I attempted to go live on YouTube last week and got smacked down because the channel had 2 subscribers, I was surprised there were any! If you could help out by subscribing, I would appreciate it. The subscription might be annoying if there were a zillion notifications, I promise, I am going to do a town hall, monthly, and there will be WIP n chats occasionally, DP-Alongs very occasionally and "from a small shop" videos about the state of diamond painting from a small shop perspective--I hope to do one soon on tariffs and touch on the struggles some shops have faced and the successes others are enjoying--simultaneously--but only the struggles are getting talked about. Once you see a live video has been posted, you can unsubscribe, I think natural subscribers will make up any decreases, and your subscription to get me to the magic 50 mark will have been invaluable.
All special orders are 25% off through the end of May, celebrating 1 year in business, and I guess in part with the opening of this store on the new website. Please keep in mind that the pricing here is not the same as the pricing at The Emporium @ Etsy-- different fee structures for transactions, lower here and different, the products offered are mostly the same, but new products/images start here and then move to Etsy the following week or two, depending on time and priority level. Because all of the visitors to this website/store are coming from links and efforts I am responsible for, the majority of new or first time customers, over time will be from this store, Etsy will continue to send their traffic to the listings from their internal search results, so much of the work will be on autopilot, allowing me to focus on this shop and making it the face of the brand, the logo and simple design will be used from time to time on Etsy, the rainbow diamond will remain the store icon there, and the mosaic diamond will be the store icon here. Subtle differences, I hope to minimize confusion always identifying the shops as The Emporium (here) and The Emporium @ Etsy (self explanatory). This will be a repetitive description for some time. The rainbow diamond still appears on the social media pages, but will be changing soon to the mosaic diamond and the use of The Emporium will increase and replace Diamond Art Emporium in advertising and social posts, interchanging them to link the two, again hoping to avoid confusion.
The store is officially open, there are some collections waiting for me to get the listings activated, but I am only one person and there are a lot of things going on simultaneously, the Emporium @Etsy link is at the bottom of every page here, there are only a few things that have been deleted from that shop and moved here, so you can go to that shop to find something you've seen but can't find-- An email or message through the Contact Ren link are also at the bottom of every page and I am always monitoring those with some device or another. Lots of work has been put in, much help and assistance has been offered and received, it is going to make an outlook for the future much brighter and change from years to decades.
The rewards program has already been upgraded to include reward VIP tiers with some unusual awards, but I think they need not be discounts or coupons, but give ownership to the shop's future to those that make it all possible. One such award will be naming rights for some of the kit images-- you can help retire the "category/number" system and give everyone a memorable and unique name/title to identify kits for years to come. Some will be able to create videos for the YouTube channel or be host of an event, keeping customer focus on customers and to give fresh new perspectives on video content. Wishlist and product/shop reviews are almost fine tuned, but active and functioning and collections are 80% complete, many retirements with this change-over, but also outstanding new images are still in the wings.
Please leave comments here or message me or use the Chat bubble to get answers to your questions, to voice your opinion or make a constructive comment, I can't do this without your help and input. I will admit that those who have become customers in the last 10 months or longer are appreciated, valued and instrumental in this venture. You've been so kind and understanding, I will always listen to their points of view and work to implement suggestions for everyone's benefit. Thanks for being a part of this family, those are the Emporium Insiders.
