Special Orders being delivered with the target of 3 weeks or less.

With the resumption of special orders, new logistics company and total delivery cost from the factory holding steady, the only variable was the time from order to shipment to you.  The total time is 3 weeks if there are enough orders to place weekly.  The logistics fees are flat rate per shipment and to keep prices the same, the number of kits influence the overall expense of shipping from the factory.  I have been able to successfully carry over to a second week and still keep within the 3 week window.  I am very pleased with the new process, the shipping is being reported to me in a timely manner and the deliveries are going out as planned.  I thank each of you for your continued trust in my ability to deliver your kit affordably and reliably.  If there are any delays beyond the 3 week window, you will be notified, and the only reason for any delays at this time is the total number of kits being sent to the factory for production -- we're making progress.

Please remember that special order kits are being primarily offered through the Emporium shop (this one where the Blog is located), the special orders available at the Emporium @ Etsy will be gradually reduced, it is a good time to get in the habit of browsing and eventually ordering directly through the Emporium shop.  Inventory controls are nearly impossible to implement for a cost that justifiable for a small shop.  In time, it is possible that the volume will grow to justify the additional expense, but I am continuing with the plan of maintaining a selected inventory only at the Emporium @ Etsy.

Y'all are joining the rewards program and checking out the wish lists, are there any questions or problems you are encountering that I need to address?  I can't fix it if I don't know it needs fixing.  :)  The videos on the YouTube channel are growning with the weekly new release videos being added as shorts.  Still need to get to 50 subscribers so I can start regularly scheduled town hall type Q&A sessions.  Staying in contact, being available for questions and trying to keep everything moving forward is challenging, but it is also proving to be possible.  Again, thank you for continuing to support the shop, Halloween season is just around the corner and I"m getting those images added as quickly as possible -- there are some huge releases coming up and I know you are going to love them!
